MCS has an internal quality control laboratory that guarantees that its production is carried out in a controlled and stable way. Our laboratory is equipped with the necessary resources and is able to guarantee that the products we manufacture are within the agreed upon specifications.
Quality Control
Flammability
MCS performs tests according to the most demanding automotive standards, namely the horizontal flammability test.
This allows us to ensure that our products are completely flame resistant, ensuring the safety of your customers.
Abrasion Test
We submit our products to the most rigorous tests to assess their performance and durability.
The Abrasion Test allows us to determine the resistance of our strands to intensive use.
Dynamometer
In order to verify the mechanical resistance of the tapes or the elongation of the elastics, MCS has internal capacity for testing its products.
Our Dynamometer tests the behavior of our tapes under deformation forces, giving you the assurance that you are buying the strongest and most effective product the market has to offer.
Color Validation
By the Spectrophotometer reading or by the validation performed by our qualified technicians in the Light Chamber, color is for us an appearance characteristic to which we attach the greatest importance.
